The complete production line consists of a round wire drawing machine, a precision rolling mill, and a filter screen welding machine, ensuring high-efficiency and high-precision manufacturing.

For example, we offer fine filtration screens equipment featuring a 0.5 x 1.2 mm working profile wire with a 0.02 mm slot opening, all the way up to larger-scale or decorative applications utilizing a 5.0 x 10.0 mm profile with a 20 mm gap.
The stainless steel flat profile wire screen is available in multiple standard profiles and structural configurations. It is manufactured using stainless steel "V"-shaped profile wires, welded to support rods that may be "V"-shaped, square-shaped, or convex, depending on the application requirements. The welding process forms a rigid and stable panel structure.
These wire screens provide high mechanical strength, uniform slot openings, and extended service life. The screen surface is flat and smooth, featuring precise rectangular openings suitable for filtration, separation, or sizing applications in industrial environments.
